Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display designs without prior written consent.
Ownership of final design files will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees.

5. Use of Subcontractors

KO Designs LLC may engage third-party contractors, vendors, or suppliers for specific aspects of the project. While we strive to select reliable partners, KO Designs LLC is not liable for delays, defects, or issues caused by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

KO Designs LLC is not responsible for property damage, delays, or issues resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier shortages).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for our services.
We do not guarantee exact matches for colors, materials, or finishes due to variations in manufacturing or digital representation.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
KO Designs LLC reserves the right to cancel services if the client violates these terms, including non-payment.

8. Privacy Policy

Our use of client information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the policy.

9. Governing Law
